What you will do:

⏠Team Management:
â Recruit, train, and supervise team
â Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.
â Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure staff development and growth.
⏠Customer Service:
â Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
â Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

⏠Operations Management:
â Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
â Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.

â Greeting customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including advising guests on menu and wine choices
