Wells Fargo is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Resolution Representative. As a Customer Resolution Representative, you will work with customers to resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to think critically to respond to customer inquiries. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess the required qualifications, we would love for you to join our team. Requirements:- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Working knowledge of banking products and services- Proficiency with computers and technology- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
