The ideal candidate will have a passion for CSR and a commitment to making a difference in the world.The CSR Manager will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing all of Gillette's CSR strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or a similar role. They must also have a proven track record of leading successful initiatives, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to think strategically and be creative in their approach to CSR.We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the world through CSR initiatives. Responsibilities of the CSR Manager:

  1. Lead, develop, and execute all of Gillette’s CSR strategies and initiatives.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders involved in CSR initiatives.
  3. Monitor CSR progress and performance against goals and objectives.
  4. Prepare reports and presentations to keep leadership informed of CSR progress.
  5. Develop and implement CSR communication plans and strategies.
  6. Research and identify potential new CSR opportunities and initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure CSR initiatives are aligned with company strategies.
  8. Provide support and guidance to other departments on CSR matters.
  9. Manage the budget for CSR initiatives.
  10. Stay current on CSR trends and industry best practices.
