  1. Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of Netflix's streaming platform and infrastructure.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted service for our members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
  4. Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates to ensure security and compliance.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities and risks.
  7. Provide technical assistance and support to other teams within the company.
  8. Monitor and analyze system metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies and processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and processes to meet company goals.
  14. Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and maintenance of systems.

Job Qualifications
