Knowsley Council - Team Manager - Adult's Rapid Response & Reablement Team - £55 per hourBenefits of the role:-Hybrid Working-Rare Managerial Role in the North West-Immediate start with Initial 3-6 Month Contract 

Responsibilities:-Support Rapid Response and reablement team with training, audits, and service development.- Assist in change management and service improvements.- Provide oversight of rota's/shift patterns for effective service delivery.- Conduct staff supervisions and demonstrate strong leadership and IT skills.- Possess knowledge of Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Health and Safety regulations.- Hold a full enhanced DBS check and be an essential car driver.- Flexible in role, including weekend/out of hours cover as needed.- Experienced in working within CQC regulated services.
